New Shoes from Fendi & Louboutin =)

My latest ebay scores make me so happy because I got a pair of Fendi sandals and a pair of Louboutin pumps for super deals!  Both are amazing.

I'll start with the Fendi pair.  I don't know what they are called, but they are awesome and super cool looking!  I got them for like $100 brand new lol.  They only came with the dust bag though.  So that's why I don't know the name.  They are made of snakeskin, leather and suede.  They are super high but pretty comfortable!  Here they are:

I different colors on the bottom of the heel design is a nice touch:

They look super high, but there's actually a hidden platform as you can see below:

It's a little hard to picture what they look like on, just by looking at them.  So here's how they look on me!  They are my usual size 36 and they are seriously pretty comfortable.  One interesting thing I noticed while wearing them is that they have a very soft sole that absorbs the sound as you walk.  So you can walk very quietly in these even on hard floors.

Next, I got the Christian Louboutin So Kate 120mm Pump in Tissu Scarabe Digitale.  I think it just means this super cool material lol.  I really love the print/color/effect, whatever it is.  It's definitely not leather, and it's not fragile either.  It'd actually be a little hard to scratch this material.

I've already shown two different outfits with them on in the last Sunday Funday post!  They are like mermaid shoes!  They look either green or purple or silver, depending on where you look.  But they are actually way more subtle than you'd expect.

The "So Kate" style is very sexy, as it has a skinner stiletto heel than the famed Louboutin "Pigalle" style.  But the So Kate only comes in 120mm which is hiiiigh considering there is no platform at all.  So it's a very steep arch.  It's basically as steep as I can do, but I prefer 100mm usually.  So these shoes are for minimal walking in lol.  However, I did size up to 36.5 which I think makes a big difference.  I tried this style on in the Louboutin store in size 36, and it was like I could barely stand in them.  But I can actually walk a bit in the size 36.5.  I do use these foot petal pad things though.  They give just a tiny bit of cushion for the balls of the feet, as well as prevent the feet from slipping up.  So half a size up, plus these pads, make these shoes very doable for me.

Zobha Tanks

As mentioned in the last Sunday Funday post, I went to Super Saturday in Santa Monica and bought a couple Zobha tanks.  Prior to that, I hadn't paid attention to Zobha in a while.  I was surprised that they totally changed their aesthetic.  After I got home, I went on their website to browse and found the same.  They used to be kind of the "goodie two shoes", yoga princess look which I found a bit plain.  But I did always like the quality of their gear.  Now their designs look a lot edgier so that's even better.  Definitely my cup of tea.

So the first tank I got is the Flav Mesh Back tank, in "diva blue".  The material feels really nice, being modal/spandex.  I wasn't able to try on anything at this event, so I had to eyeball the sizing.  All their tanks seemed to be cut small, so I went with size M rather than my usual S.  I'm glad I did because S would have been too tight for sure!

Here it is on me in size M:

The next tank I got, I already wore it and posted the outfit on the last Sunday Funday post.  At first I thought it was the Dylan Racerneck Tank, but my tank has no zipper on the back:

So I think my tank is actually the Bono Racerneck tank, which the website only has the below color combo for:

However, my tank differs from both in that the upper portion is the faux leather look.  So maybe it's a 3rd tank altogether!  Hahaha.  But I really like this tank.  Except it runs even smaller than the other.  So even in M, it is quite a form fitting fit.  I wish I got a L.

But after working out in it, I gotta say it is very nice.  The material is great, and it stayed in place well.  I do really like the design!

So I think Zobha has definitely moved to a different direction!  The logo and tags also look edgier as well:

I guess I will have to keep an eye on this brand again!  I already ordered another tank from their website which I am waiting for.  It's the Double Layer Tank with Braided Trim.  Very cool looking!  Sizing could be problematic though.  If I didn't see these tanks in person first, I would have gotten size S and they would have been way too tight.  So that's something to keep in mind!

Sunday Funday!

Omg it's been such a busy week and weekend for me!  I was busy at work, and I had quite a few dinner engagements and such.  I also went to this charity shopping event yesterday lol.  It was called Super Saturday and it was for ovarian cancer.  It was a pretty big event in Santa Monica and there were lots of different vendors there either giving out free products or selling at deep discounts.  One of my friend's husband is a well connected guy in the fashion industry so that's how I got to go without having to buy a ticket... hahaha.  There were quite a few celebrities there, and it was hosted by Rachel Zoe.  I saw her there with her husband and kids.  I actually used to watch her reality show so I recognized them!  Hahaha.  I didn't buy too many things though.  Just a couple tanks from Zobha, a phone case and some cosmetics.  But I did come back with tons of free products.  Fun times!

Anyway, this week I finished Get Glutes month 17!  I think I'll take next week off to do different types of workouts.  And then I'll start month 18 later.  Here are the looks!

Obviously my hair didn't grow this long in a couple hours lol.  I felt like having long hair so I wore some extensions I got years ago that I meant to use as highlights when my hair was way darker.  I couldn't believe that it is now an exact match to my current hair color.
