This week I got a very interesting device for my Invisalign treatment. It's called "Acceledent". It's basically a little device that looks like a USB drive with a mouth piece connected to it. You are supposed to wear it everyday for 20 minutes while it shakes. Lol. So the shaking accelerates the movement of your teeth. As a result, you get to wear each tray like 5 days instead of 2 weeks. Of course that means the length of the treatment is shortened drastically, which is a big deal. It means I'd be done by April instead of late this year. I decided to go for it, even though this little thing set me back 1G. I do think it works though. Usually when I switch to a new tray, my teeth are pretty sore the first few days. The Acceledent for sure speeds up the process so that my teeth are fitting pretty well much sooner than before. Pretty cool! I'm looking forward to being done sooon! So if you are thinking about Invisalign treatment, just know that this exists and is an option for you to discuss with your dentist!
Ok, anyway, time for the outfits! I finished Get Glutes month 14 this week. I will be taking the next couple weeks off of the regular weight training routine and take some classes that I normally don't have time to take. I have been feeling a little burnt out lately from the weight sessions, so it's a good time to switch gears for a bit.
