Anyway, I kept on with my Get Glutes month 11 workouts this week. This was the end of the 3rd week for month 11, which means next week will be the last and then I'll be switching things up for a week again! It's kind of exciting.

Thursday 9/17
What I did: Strength #3, followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill.
What I wore:

Sunday 9/20: Rest day
Even though it was raining on Tuesday, it was up in the 90s again by this weekend. So yesterday I did not need any to and from! Today was just way too hot to do anything haha.

I live in Arkansas in a pretty medium/small sized town and any time I am off work during the week there are tons and tons of people everywhere! A lot of people don't work and I have no idea how they can afford to.
