A couple weeks ago, I exchanged my latest Lorna Jane bra - the
Clover bra in hyper pink - for a Replay Excel tank. I noticed that this tank was online for a short while but sold out very fast. But the store I went to still had it, so I got it! I think it's very pretty even though it's all black!
I really love the design on the back of this tank. It dips pretty low and as you can see from the photo above, there's a large mesh area. So whatever pretty sports bra you wear underneath can easily be seen. I got this tank in size S, which is my preferred tank size at Lorna Jane. It happens to go with so many of my bras lol! I tried it on with a bunch and took pictures... it's like a tank that works with everything I have!
With
Victoria's Secret supermodel cami bra in sweetest orange:
Lol how fun! And here is what it looks like on me from the front:
So, I'm pretty darn happy with this tank! Since it is black and works with pretty much every bra I own, I am sure I will grab it a lot. I think $65 is a pretty steep price to pay for a tank without a built in bra, but at least this one is really versatile and will be a staple.
I ordered a mesh tank from that I love. I wore it to pure barre and I am trying it out for running, too. I have been really happy wuth their stuff.
ReplyDeleteMe too. I tend to have all my Lorna Jane items on rotation and nothing is just sitting idle... unlike my Lululemon stuff lol... that's why I'm trying to sell off a bunch of stuff and down size!
DeleteBeautiful top.
ReplyDeleteDo you find your Ebb to Street tank bags out after wearing for a while? I read that body heat makes it stretch and bag out at the waist. I had to size up for the black Ebb to Street, as it seems to fit tighter than the plum or cornflower, but now I'm worried it's too big and I have to go back down a size.
ReplyDeleteI've only worn mine once to workout in and I didn't notice any bagging out at all. I do agree that the black one runs tighter than the plum one. I returned the black one...
