First Sunday Funday of 2012!

It's a new year now and hopefully this means new possibilities for all of us!  I've had a pretty good start so far.  Had a good night last night and a good pilates class this morning.  It helps that it was over 80 degrees and sunny!  Totally does not feel like the middle of winter.  Then had a Homeland marathon all day!  Great show.  Oh yeah, except my fridge is broken... sort of.  It's not really getting as cold as it should anymore.  Had to throw away all the food and try to figure out what the problem is.  Hopefully it doesn't mean having to buy a new fridge.  =(

But anyway, this will be 2 weeks worth of workouts and outfits since I didn't have time to post last week! I'm gonna try to remember what I did each day but it will be tough!  So here we go...

Tuesday 12/20
What I did:  A bit fuzzy, but I went to the gym so I probably did my usual workout of running on the treadmill and then weight lifting.

What I wore:  Lululemon No Limit tank in coal/lavender, and Run: Passion Crop in power purple.

Wednesday 12/21
What I did:  Same thing as the day before, running then weight lifting.

What I wore:  Lululemon Cool Racerback in Aruba, with matching Aruba Astro Crop.

Saturday 12/25
What I did:  Interval workout with the hubby.  Consisting of sprints, hill running, and weight sessions.

What I wore:  Lululemon Cool Racerback in Currant (for some pre-Christmas holiday spirit!), with Wunder Groove crops.

I was meeting a friend for brunch afterwards, so I wore my new Lululemon Lift Your Spirits jacket which I love, and Seychelles True Story boots.

Monday, 12/26
What I did:  Pilates reformer class.

Tuesday 12/27
What I did:  Running sprint intervals on the treadmill, then weight lifting session.

Wednesday 12/28
What I did:  An excruciating 40 minute long Gauntlet session.  I seriously have a love/hate relationship with this machine.

What I wore:  Lululemon Hot Class tank in coal/faded zap, and Groove pants in power purple.

Friday 12/30
What I did:  Warm up run on the treadmill then major weight lifting session.

What I wore:  Lululemon Swiftly shirt in lagoon, and Astro Crop in aruba.

Saturday 12/31
What I did:  Interval training with hubby as usual on Saturdays, with sprints and hill running as well as weight training.

What I wore:  Lululemon Cool Racerback in Electric Orange, with Chirp Flow Y bra under.  And Team Spirit Crop in Coal/Chirp.  I love electric orange and chirp together.  It's pretty much how I always wear it.

Sunday 1/1
What I did:  Pilates class, it was very hard and my legs are so sore now already!

What I wore:  My new Lululemon Dance Strap tank in what I think is fruitie tootie, and Groove pants in seniorita pink.

  1. Homeland is an amazing show! Probably super intense to watch all at once - but at least you don't have to wait!

  2. Super-cute outfits. I keep "forgetting" to buy a Currant CRB, but again, it looks so great on you. . . maybe I'll buy it today.

On an unrelated note, do you machine wash your Express Editor pants? I never have, but if you do and you have good luck, maybe I should try that.

  3. You & I have such similar taste, I decided to try on the No Limit while in the store yesterday and of course I loved it!

And I've been dying to catch Homeland! Did you record it during the season or are you streaming it somehow through your Apple TV?

Thanks for all the tips! :)

  4. I have a dance strap tank but mine is in señorita pink. It is a beautiful tank and so flattering...one of my favorites as well.

  5. @Jen: Yeah it's great to watch all at once since I don't have to wait! I finished it last night - so good!!!

@andrea: I do machine wash my Editor pants. Never had problems. They don't shrink or wrinkle. And the front crease never goes away...

@Sara: I saw the new No Limit tanks in store too, so cute! I would fall for the pink one in a second if I didn't already have a pink mist Let It Loose tank.

And yes I recorded Homeland during the season but never had time to watch it. I'm sure there are places online you can find the whole season to watch! It's so good I can't wait for season 2!

@Anon: Mine is definitely not senorita... I can't believe how many beautiful colors they made this tank in! I have 6 and counting... hehe

  7. Hi Sara, I did see that. It sounds like so much fun! I would love to go, but I was planning an international trip around that time, so I'm not sure if I can make it. I don't know though - will have to figure out my schedule if it's not sold out later! I've been meaning to go to Vancouver for a long time anyways... would be great!
