Lululemon Ebb & Flow Crop

I bought the Lululemon Ebb & Flow crop in heathered dark classic sport gray online on Tuesday.  I've been wanting a pair of light gray tights for a while and these seemed cute.  I received them today and I must say that I love them!  No wonder why they sold out so fast.  They are super comfortable on, I feel the urge to rip off the tag and wear them all night!

I love the different textures in these crops as you can see from the detailed shots above.  They are little diamond shapes on the bottom and ribbed on the top.  I love the cute little rouched detail by the hem, which is not too obvious or noticeable.  The wide bands around the leg openings and the wide waistband are super nice.  The rise is comparable to Groove pants.  The material is very stretchy, comfortable, smooth and on the thicker side.  They looked so small when I first got them out of the bag, but they fit just fine!  I bought them in size 4.

I took a couple pictures of them on me:

I love that the length is right below the knee.  I always always have to hem Lulu crops because I find them way too long.  But these are perfect!  And since the material is so stretchy, you can actually pull them down more, like how the model is wearing them.

I think they make the rear look good!  With no one home to help me take pics, this is the best I could do for a back shot.  The quality is not so good as I had to use the iphone front camera (which has less mega pixels than the back main camera), zoom in and take it through the mirror!

I was initially worried the color might be too light.  But I do really like the color and it will go well with lots of different colored tops I have.  My butt and legs don't normally sweat very much when I work out, but it will be interesting to see how much perspiration will show during a normal workout.  The only thing I'm not 100% happy with these crops is they are kinda see through when you bend down!  I am wearing a blue thong and you can see it (color and outline) as well as the tag when I bend down.  I guess that means I'll have to go commando while wearing them and hope I won't be showing my butt to everyone in class.  May not be good for yoga!

Other than that I really do love these!  I must heal my damn back soon (why is it taking so long??) so I can get back to working out and try these out!  If I like them I think I might have to be on the lookout for them and try to get another pair in a different color.

    1. Thanks! I might get a black pair as well even though I have enough black bottoms. I'm going to the store tomorrow to see! You should definitely try them on when you get a chance... they are pretty awesome from my short experience!

  2. This crop is very cute! i love the under wunder in gray. I have a pair of them in gray.

Finally I bought a wunder Under in denim dark violet ;)
At first I was upset because I'm not used to wear this color, it was weird. But now I love, it changes. I think I buy more crop in different color? What color you want to take?

    1. I would definitely try a dark purple or blue color. Maybe dark army green type too. I don't want too many light crops. I did feel a little self-conscious today when I tried these light gray crops while working out, because I'm so used to wearing black or a really dark color. But I think I just need to get used to it!

    2. You'll get used very quickly, you'll see. I think I still prefer darker colors although I love my gray. I am tempted by the wunder Under ultraviolet but I'm scared of not loving that color afterwards? do you know if it is really pretty?

    3. I have not seen it in person, but it looks very pretty online! I think you should go for it! If you don't love it later on you can always sell it.

  4. I ordered the ebb and flows in grey and was worried a bit about sweaty butt. I checked the lululemon site and someone reviewed them after having sweat it them. The grey does not show sweat marks which is great. They look great and I can't wait to get mine!
