I think it's a great full body wor...I like it! I think it's a great full body workout program. I also love that they throw in different types of workouts (i.e. heavy weights, body weight, etc.) and it's a 18 months program. I think 3 weight sessions per week is achievable for most people as well. You could also do less or more (just repeat a couple workouts), but I followed their 3x per week up until now, with additional conditioning type of classes that I take at the gym.
